HER Retreats: Booking & Payment Terms

Your retreat dates

Week 1: 24th to 31st August 2027
Week 2: 2nd to 9th September 2027

Booking your space

Choose your week and pay a £499 deposit. Your space is confirmed once your payment has been taken.

Payment options

Once you’ve booked, we’ll contact you to choose between:

Monthly plan: £499 deposit followed by 8 monthly payments of £225, £2,299 total. Your full balance must be paid at least two months before your retreat date.

Pay the remaining balance: £1,700 at least two months before your retreat date, £2,199 total, saving £100.

We’ll send the relevant payment link and confirm your payment dates. Booking commits you to paying the remaining balance, subject to the cancellation terms below.

If you need to cancel

Please contact us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation charges may apply, taking account of costs we save and any income from reselling your space. Your deposit and other payments go towards this charge; they are not automatically forfeited. We’ll explain the calculation and refund any amount due within 14 days.

Transferring your space

You can transfer your booking to someone who meets the retreat’s booking requirements by giving reasonable notice. At least seven days before the retreat is considered reasonable. Only reasonable, actual transfer costs will be charged.

Missed payments

If a payment is missed, we’ll contact you and give you at least seven days to resolve it. If it remains unpaid, we may cancel your booking and apply the cancellation terms above.

If we change or cancel the retreat

If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund within 14 days. If we significantly change the retreat, we’ll explain your options, including cancelling for a full refund where legally required. Any other statutory refund rights also apply.

Flights & transfers

Flights are not included in your retreat price and must be booked separately. Once we know your preferred departure airport, we’ll send you recommended flight options. Please wait for our recommendations so your flights align with the retreat’s arrival and departure arrangements, and book before 1st January 2027.

Transfers outside our organised retreat arrangements are not included and must be arranged and paid for separately by you.

Insurance & participation

Travel insurance is compulsory. You must arrange cover for the full retreat dates, including medical treatment, repatriation and the activities you’ll join, and provide proof before attending. Please also ensure you have suitable cancellation cover from the time you book.

We’ll confirm the deadline and how to submit your proof of insurance after booking. If you don’t provide it, you won’t be able to attend, and the cancellation terms above will apply, subject to your statutory rights.

Please tell us about relevant health, dietary or accessibility needs before booking, and follow safety guidance during activities.
